Shipping policy

Please allow 1-5 business days to process and ship out orders. All orders include a tracking number. Once your package has been shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct . Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact as soon as possible at Support@queenmoda.com. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Queen Moda, LLC  is NOT responsible for orders showed as delivered to wrong addresses provided by customer.

Once the package is in USPS hands Queen Moda, LLC is NO longer RESPONSIBLE.  If your package shows as delivered and for any reason, you did not receive please contact your local post office.
